Wind Instrument ST 60 not working, unable to calibrate direction, no wind speed indication.
When entering "Dealer Calibration' (dlr), then "User Calibration" (uc) - the display continuously cycles between UC1 & UC0 (On-Off), without any input from me, unable to select UC1.
Checked that :Boat Show Mode is off. 65O. (bsO)
Checked voltages as follows;
Red to shield. 7.8V Should be 8V
Blue to shield. 5.35V. Should be between 2 and 6V
Green to shield. 6.97V. Should be between 2 and 6V
Yellow to shield. 1.8 varying to 7.8V. Should be between 0 and 5V
Actual wind on day of check was less than 5Kts.

Mast transducer is probably 19 years old.
Do I replace mast transducer R28170 or transducer & instrument (plus cable) E70150, which is an I60 (Raymarine) ? Expensive stuff!!!

At 19 years, a Raymarine wind transducer is somewhat past its sell-by date IMHO. Are the cups still rotating, esp in only 5kts of wind? The voltages look suspect. Have you seen the comments in this Raymarine forum here?
