I know people who can do this stuff properly but it’s obviously commercial money. Whats your budget and what are you trying yo achieve?was considering having a quote for it to be designed and installed . there is a decent boat yard that does major repairs

A fibreglass custom build may be quite expensive. Welding a aluminium box section and filling with bondo to get leading and trailing edge curves was an accepted alternative provided by many manufacturers in the 90's and is still relatively light.
