I have been quoted about £700 per square metre to have some decking fitted to my boat.
However I see there is a cheaper alternative called 'eva' which is self adhesive and easy to apply.
Does anyone have experience of this?

There are DIY options - see this thread

The sythetic teak is very good - it's expensive, however Hurricane did an amazing DIY job and posted lots of how to do it threads. Years ago I had a bathing platform panel made from a template and fitted it myself, which is easy.
I have also used EVA foam. It is easy to fit and apply, but it can look cheap - I have seen some awful jobs and some really good ones. Hide the edges or blending them in some way seems to help the finished look. I used a length of it on a passarelle in the med sun. Much to my surprise that was still in very good confition after 3 years when I sold the boat.

I notice on the platform you have curved it to fit the border profile.
Is it flexible enough to do this, or is the picture of something else ?

All of them feature teak effect EVA. You can therefore make your mind up about how you feel about it. Notice the replacement section too, where the colour is different. It could be UV fade or different manufacturers, I have no idea.
It the bathing platform the same stuff as it is fitted right
