How about saving your Daddy some money. Get him to buy one of those 1metre yachts which are used for radio controlled racing.

I had been looking at a Bowman Aquaplane, but if it does'nt do waht it says on the tine can I sue under the trade description's act? Presumable Legend owners also have a case?
