Race Boat

I am looking for information on a boat that was built by my grandfathers/great-grandfathers' company in the late 30's. My grandparents owned Shepherd Boats of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada and I believe they built a hydroplane called "Miss Shepherd " A10 and 12-B. I am trying to see if this boat exists as well as any history, etc that anyone can provide on this boat or driver. I know very little of the race boats and any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone knows of any records of Percy
Buddell of Waterloo or if there are any sites devoted to him I would appreciate it.
