To all and sundry I beg of your time to jot down your honest opinion.
Picture the scene. You and your crew are moored in a 'safe' UK marina berth. The crew have taken themselves off to bed, leaving just you and the firstmate to settle down for the evening watching a favourite video. It is a stinking night, sleeting, quite windy and obviously very cold outside.
So you are snug as a bug so to speak.
Suddenly there is an almighty roar within your ship. Everything around you shudders violently and loose materials are thrown sideways. Lots of very loud banging and clumping eminates from beneath your vessel and KABOOM, one last deafening bang! At least one crew member is thrown out of their bunk and very frightened, it's their first experience of such. You realise that when you try to stand up, your doorways are obviously well leaning over! Further investigations amid your very frightened crew, reveal the sickening truth. YOUR pride and joy has stopped 'floating' AND fallen over very hard to one side.
Now then, mild mannered sailors, what would YOU do?
