Ubergeekian, I would be interested in a cheap or give away glider!
Not many people would voluntarily take to the air withou training knowing that it would result in an untimeley demise. Unfortunately they don't view boats the same way for obvious reasons. That may mean that some form of basic safety training should be enforced perhaps.
