Any one had covers made by Jka sails

A pal of mine did and having had a problem when fitted ended up being chased through the courts by JKA for the balance of monies rather than making a small alteration. A silly situation resulting in a battle of wills and the customer winning the court case

No personal axe to grind , but i think they cater better for sails etc ( its in the name ) rather than motor boat covers.

cheers

How long you prepared to wait...... Not a happy customer for a spray hood and dodgers. Oh and I was also sent an invoice for a Jib I never ordered. It had a 135 foot luff which was a bit extreme for a 24 foot dinghy with a lid. If you want sails for a Dragon then Rob would probably get you them for tomorrow!

Boatshed at Y Felinheli did a good job on a cockpit tent for me on time and on the money.

There is another that comes highly recommended. think his first name Jason . Kwacka will have his number somewhere on a fag packet........ Will try get more details for you Roy.

I have had good reports of this fella. Unless you know otherwise.... http://www.conwyboatcovers.co.uk/

He's retired and his previous appy now does it. Have you seen my covers? Nuff said. I didn't pay more than deposit. If he wants the rest he can take me to court or fix.

Oops how quickly can a service business lose its goodwill once the main man has left.We had some repairs and some new dodgers done by the old fella a long time ago. Things must have gone downhill once he left things to his ass- istant. Sorry you had a bad experience Bruce, Roy is well warned off then!

You've seen my covers. Look like the baggy arse of an old man's trousers. The old covers were better but he blimmin cut them up to use as template. Leaks like a seive. The stitching is coming undone and has had so many alterations done to try and get it to fit it's now a FKing patchwork quilt. I just wish prospective clients would come and have a look at his work. There are a host of us out baying for his blood.
