Hi I purchased a 14ft Boat made , I understand , from PVC , so how do I make repairs , refurbish , the hull ? Anybody actually repaired a Hull made of PVC these days ? I am told that using Fibreglass is not good , so looking , I guess , for a PVC material , so asking the question, what should I use ? The damage is to the Decking , so not underwater at all , HELP PLEASE ?

You can weld PVC to PVC.
It's usually done with some form of hot air gun and a PVC filler rod. It's not difficult even i can do it.
You can weld it with an electric soldering iron, set to the correct temperature. I've use this method for temporary emergency repairs, but wouldn't use it for anything important.
Look it up on Google, there's kit for sale and YouTube videos on how to do it.
