Protecting GRP deck

I am just about to put my new (to me) boat back in the water. I intend to protect the topsides with a good waxing but I'm not sure what to do about the decks. Will the usual boat waxes make the deck slippery or are they OK for this purpose? Can anyone recommend a product which will protect the deck- the boat is about 30 years old.

polishing raw grp will definitely make it slippery with wet shoes or boots so don't do that.

You can get non-slip wax in the US, but I have not personally seen it in the UK.
