Photos might help diagnosis

No expert, but Ships Cat or someone might jump in if bumped back up. If any areas look pinkish, then dezincification a possibility? Where did you get new prop from - any idea of composition?

I have seen this recently and tend to agree with Brendan I would make sure you check all your anodes and make sure all of the bonding is correct and connected especially the prop shaft .

Many thanks , I had galvanic action on my previous boat , but this is different, the prop. blades are multi coloured, similiar to when you heat a piece of brass.Had aword with teignbridge propellers(the makers) but they couldnt throw any light on it. All anodes are ok,in fact the previous prop taken off was ok.If I could do 60kts it could be cavitation!!!! but at 8kts and 2000rpm. its doubtful!!!
