That is a great response I have indeed tried some of your suggestions but cant be 100% sure what happened I think I am right in saying that I could indeed push the paserrelle away from the boat without operating the switch and it did not come back to its home position it stayed to where I pushed it to
I have also tried to slew it the full 180 degrees and it did go all the way round but would not come back so I had to pull at the same time only slight effort was required to do this, I then tried to repeat this several times and it would slew out but would not come back on its own merit
Also I must add that when slewing out I only have to hold it very lightly and this will be enough to stop it slewing until I let go it seems to have no power it can only just move its on weight anything more and it fails
But the up and down is no problem it will lift the tender with me in it and I am heavier than I should be
