Hi,
I ordered online15m of 10mm nylon multiplait rope from a company called NWRRAGOOD on the 2nd January. The online site worked OK and I got an Order information document emailed to me directly, complete with order number and a transaction ID for the credit card payment.
All OK up to this point.
Since then I haven't reecieved and further communication, I've emailed them with a request for an update, on delivery from both their online form and directly using their email address, with a request for a delivery and read receipt.
No reply and the email hasn't bounced, but I've had no delivery or read receipt form my email (I realise that this not fool proof, because the recipient can turn these function off)
I've checked my credit card and so far no payment has been taken.
I've tried to look at their website, but Chrome reports that the "host is switched off".
I'm not sure what to do next, we're a week or so on and I was expecting some sort of communications from the supplier by now, the company is in China, and I must admit that I didn't check this out when I ordered, perhaps it wasn't a good time to order stuff, I was probably still under the" influence" of the New Year's celebrations.
Any suggestions, apart from becoming TT, would be appreciated?
