Pro Mariner SS EX50 wiring

Hi Folks,
I've picked up an old ProMariner SS EX50 battery charger second hand.

The AC connections are
Black
White
Green (ground)
So non-standard.

Does anyone have one of these old chargers?

Is Black neutral, White live?

Any ideas?

They are the American colours
Black is hot, ie live
White is neutral
Green is ground
