I must have missed you having that one Chris.I once bought a panamera……..does it make me a bad person !

It’s Monaco…..View attachment 129579
Croissete Cannes blends in there .Actually as said technically on paper its not a bad car .
But with yachts the same turn your head and look back factor applies .
Still think it ( boat ) has to be up there aesthetically.

Not sure about this one it’s got that “Chris Bangle effect “ and has a presence on the water .It’s selling .

Or a classic San Lorenzo .It’s been up dated as the years roll by with a HT and fold down balconies , fwd seating / table and what ever the latest bells n whistles in the market dictate .There will be an 80 ish to compete with this Priny as well .
Timeless designed and for the £ conscious on here “ price of everything and value of nothing “ kinda guys actually costs more fwiw ?
Buts as said money never buys taste .
Edit - Btw the owner of the P140 parks his yellow Uris by it .
I'm not sure about that Pershing 140 looks wise and what possible relevance does it have to the Princess X80?
Are you seriously suggesting that Pershing are pushing them out the factory gates for £4-5 million? Whenever I've looked at a Pershing it was eye wateringly expensive compared to my usual fodder. You've done this before, taken a thread way off track by comparing Apples with Asteroids.
Looking at this image from Princess the X80 is actually a lot more traditional in looks when compared to the X95. My phone images at the show probably distort things a bit.
For clarity …. Blimey I think most got it .I'm not sure about that Pershing 140 looks wise and what possible relevance does it have to the Princess X80?

I can live with it knowing how well the space works that it houses. It’s very much like the Panamera, once you know how it drives you see a sort of inner beauty. I liken it to how you view your own kids.it does look better from that angle, but that sloping 'roofline' on the flybridge is pretty hideous, it doesnt seem to fit in with the rest of the design of the boat at all.
That term "Setting Sail" on a motor boat always amuses me!!and setting sail.
A boat, much more than say a car is about the interior space and not exterior looks alone. I suspect however, that boating for many starts the other way around where the exterior styling is the initial “must have”.I can live with it knowing how well the space works that it houses. The top deck is so easy to envisage using. Forward section is a very functional bridge with a little seating area to keep the skipper company. That leads back to a seating area where you can chat, watch F1 on a Sunday and either keep in touch with the skipper or section yourself off. Further aft is a large al-fresco dining area, grill, bar, sun lounging. You can just imaging moving between the sun area and the covered seating. To a degree it’s form following function.
Having spent time on board it really was so easy to imagine moving my shorts & T-shirts and setting sail. Just need to work out where the treadmill and turbo trainer live….. The Les Mills fitness program already works onboard, we’ve tried it on the current tub![]()
As I typed it I thought this isn’t right….That term "Setting Sail" on a motor boat always amuses me!!

I have known people start with the stylish med style boats and progress to trawler style instead to get…….
I have never been boating in the Med and I wonder if that‘s why my views are so different to some on here. Is the Med more of a parade, a beauty pageant or possibly a show of financial muscle?
