I just noticed…..he’s got one of those cheap…leaky diesel heater silencers in the engine bay I think 😳😳😳

That needs to go asap!

What confuses me is he has spent a lot on the outside Including Antifoul and the inside is a shell :rolleyes: :confused:

Yes, sadly would have been worth much more had he NOT done any of that!

Where on earth has 25k gone though? I suppose the new engine was quite a bit... but even so

How much is it worth now without an interior at all? £5K as a massive project?
The cost of parts and materials to bring it back to something sensible will be huge, plus several years or more to do it.
A reasonable Princess 35 with twin engines and all together seems to be around £35K - £45K.
Is a gutted one worth anything apart from the engine and gennie as 2nd hand units

Spoke to a Thames boater recently, the boat has not moved since. the refurb was started.
Recalled some time ago a Princess 388 that suffered the same fate not sure what happened that one, there appears to be no progress with the Pearl ashore in Chatham Historic Dockyard either.
