Using the standard warning light ON types. Got a new temp and pressure instrument now. I understand that the senders are different. Are there any which allow to "feed" the analogue instrument but still "trigger" the buzzer and the warning light as well? How do they work and how to connect them?

There is a range of unions available to permit the installation of both a sensor for the instruments and an alarm switch, cheap & simple. Alternatively Murphy do a range of gauges that provide analogue information but can also be simply programmed to activate an alarm.
For both solutions, start your search at ASAP supplies, good catalogue and web site.
