Was right by your boat on Thursday as I was testing that little green Maxum to the right of it as it had a new diesel engine put in it.

Must say she was looking good.

Actually there are a couple of guys from my marina going 1/4/05 - same huge savings in fees.

easy access to Solent - not sure about the extra time driving down thro the traffic in Fareham and Gosport subs which can be a nightmare...

will be interesting to see

A friend of mine moved there and said it was calm but a constant back ground movement caused him to get through a 'pallet 'of fenda socks.
I tried to get a berth there but there is a waiting list so I expect prices will soon catch up once the building works and dust is complete.
