Poor boat speed

The speeds are off a log.
Searching the net I could not find any information about Yanmar propellers. I´ve searched several sites announcing Yanmar spare parts, but nothing about propellers or blades.
Tranona suggests that mine are not standard props from Yanmar, so I would like to see a picture of a genuine one.

Tranona, please see my sail drive (before cleaning and painting). Can you say something about the prop?

Difficult to identify as there are several different makes that superficially look the same. You should find the makers name cast into the boss.

From my search in net I think that Yanmar don´t produce propellers. They are from other makes

Good night to everybody
Now I have Burrix back to water with a new prop. I changed the 15x10” Radice prop for a 16x12 Gori prop witch I bought second hand. I can achieve 5.5 kts at 2500; 6.2 kts at 2800, and almost 7 kts at 3200 rpm. Of course the bottom is cleaned

Thanks also to Sailorman who pointed this thread out to me as I have exactly the same problem with a potentially under pitched Radice prop with a similar sized boat and engine. So this possibly points the way for me to go as well.

Mine was 15x10”. The new one is 16x12”, but I think it’s oversized. 15x12 would be ok, but I got the opportunity to buy it second hand for a good price.
If you have a Radice, you can change only the blades.
