I get the boss to do it whilst I sit underneath antifouling once a year. She did complain this year that her shoulder was sore after it and had to buy her supper that night!!

She does have every other month back in UK - but after her last polishing job I guess she may refuse!!!
As regards polish she just bought ordinary, therefore inexpensive, car polish. The old girl came up a treat with it - the boat that is.
The paint we used was some commercial boat enamel that only set us back about Euros 30 ish for 4 litres. It is not as if we used the posh paint on the old girl.
Best of luck cos there was a plastic owner out of the water at the same time and he spent a fortune on special polish for his boat. Didn't look any better.
