I've cleaned my boat, cleaned all the covers and tonnaeu with a jetewash, bought lots of new fishing equipment and want to go fishing on saturday.

Jeez, it's been a great start to the season with SV having visited Carlingford, Arklow, North Wales and the usual local blasting about.

32 hours logged since 2nd Jan - our normal annual average is 80 ish.

The Met office just love putting a gust figure. It basically gives them a get out. Says 1mph and 22 Gusts...lol...but it is looking better! Hope we go down.

Just looked at the weather in the solent, it's gone from 'mostly sunny' to 'mostly cloudy' in the space of one day!

I knew it was too good to last!

Actually the weather was ideal in the Solent and the weather in Port Hamble was mostly sunny with some broken cloud - rather windy but a great time had by all!

Pictures and report as soon as I get back to uni tomorrow and get my data cable!
