Plastimo tender wheel attachment

I have a Plastimo PRD260 tender with two built in wheels, I need to replace a wheel (was hard to get one!). Anyone know what would stick the plastic axle bearings to the plastic boat?

I don't have an answer, but I have just obtained a Plastimo 3-man tender by virtue of a harbour clearance.It had a couple of wheels bracketed and screwed to the top edge either side of the transom. These had collapsed, so I made new brackets for the wheels before noticing the void underneath the transom which I assume a shaft runs across with wheels?
Do you have a photo of the shaft arrangement?
I have a small workshop/smelter and can produce most items I need. If figure it out then maybe I can help.

Sorry missed out to say...the solvent will probably be waste pipe solvent-based adhesive from any plumbers store. I've used it on another plastic boat.
