PinMill Pontoons

I am told the recycled pontoons at Pin Mill are for dinghy landing. Anyone know any different?

I have seen yachts and also Thames barge alongside. I don’t know if you have to “book” but believe that it can be used to pick up crew or load stores, not for overnight use, it dries anyway.

The pontoons are for landing from dinghies. They are a joint venture between Kings boatyard and Pin Mill Sailing Club

That’s good, it’ll make a swift one up the Butt a bit easier and the added novelty of walking over my old pontoon berth

About 2hrs (maybe 2.5) either side of HW is all you get, and that with a flat bottomed flubber

Its Kings pontoon. Nothing to do with the sailing club......they didn't want the responsibility even tho' Gus offered to maintain it!!
