In my case not under sail (always hard to get a good picture of our own boat, most photos are from our boat) - here she is tied up after a great days sail, we are off to the pub knowing that there is another great days sail coming up the next day - nothing better!

apart from you, Unit18, Pheran, and meself, this post appears to have become a hanky-saily-boaty kind of thing;

as I believe that boats is boats (and probably ultimately aspire to a saily boat thing, but not that practical on the Thames) I am going to post a picture of a v.good friend's boat (which I have done a good amount of skivvying on) because she is extremely beautiful (the boat, not the skipper)

As the evening draws on you can retire to your boat with SWMBO who will no doubt go into the cabin to keep warm . Jeeez, a heck of a lot of dismastings this last year.. sorry to hear it guys.. hopefully the insurance will pay for a new one.. must be really bad to have a boat without mast..
