Phone Ringing Tone

What do you have and do you find it embarrassing?

I have the first 25 seconds of "The Last Time" by the Stones.
I have it as loud as possible otherwise I miss calls. However it starts a bit loud and if you happen to be in the supermarket or similar people tend to glare at you.

What do you have?

I have the standard iPhone simulated-mechanical-bell noise. But quite often the phone is on vibrate mode anyway.

An old Motorola I had years ago had a mode where it would vibrate for a short time to let you pick it up silently if it was in your pocket, but then start ringing in case it wasn't. Seemed a very sensible combination, but not common now.

I used to have the Captain Pugwash theme tune. Since upgrading the phone though I just have a standard ring ring.

Call the hands on a bosun's call, at full volume so I can hear it when I'm on the boat and its buried in an inside pocket. And for texts I have hearts of oak by the royal marines band.

not embarrasing at all but people certainly look whenever I get a call which is rarely so it usually makes me jump.

I dont know what I have on mine....... I just picked the loudest sounding from those on offer.

I used to have a two tone siren on my old phone........ but that was a pain 'cos i kept pulling over while driving to let it pass!


SWMBO has the Mexican hat dance ..... she finds that very embarrassing.
On her old phone she had the Wombles ... she found that embarrassing too. .............. she does not know how to change them!
