If it is going to be ongoing you need a bank account in euros and then just transfer the euros as and when., I used a Citibank one which works well for me.
Try Transferwise - you will not be disappointed!

Used to use HiFx ; only open for Tx 8:00am til 10:00pm; closed at weekends and expensive. Txwise is great. Money routinely transfers within 48 hours; 24 hours a day service inc. weekends. cheap as chips and you can receive payments as well. Try it!
http://www.fairfx.com and use their fastpay service. The credit cards are pretty good as well
Barclays charged me a £25 fee for doing that!I just do an online SWIFT transfer from UK bank

So do Nationwide but the so called "no charge" people make their money on the exchange rate they give which is frequently much lower. No-one does it for free.
I just do an online SWIFT transfer from UK bank, stipulating how many euro I want to transfer.
+1 USED them for Norway as well. Vastly less costly than bank transfer methods. Fairly simple to use.
