How to ?

Do I simply stick on a patch on the outside for this 1” dia?




How do I patch this 2" (rat?) hole in floor, inside, outside or both?

Can only see the second photo, yes I would patch both sides for that.

With the hole in the tube, if you can put your finger in and apply glue around the inside edge, then cut and glue a patch that you can push through the hole with long nose pliers, then apply an external patch. That will be a lot stronger than just an external patch, as when the tube is pressurized the internal patch will be pushed against the hole. The external patch will be pushed away from the hole.
