Mark, if you hope to do any good with your request, you're going to have to give the prospective partners a good reason to get in touch with you in the first place. You're going to have to sell the project; you won't find people with wads of dough, years of experience and lots of time queueing up to join in just on the strength of what you have provided so far. Personally, I wouldn't be giving my address on this forum, whether I had buckets of loot or not.
