Outdrive

Have recently had some problems with the outdrive legs holding the set angle. Having set the legs to achieve the desired trim I find that the legs will gradually incline themselves fully forward. ie trim bow down. Has anyone had problems with this? Any help with how these work would be welcomed

Trust that you have checked the fluid reservoir. If the fluid is low/gone you have probably got a leak on the leg. Unusual though for both rams to go at once. If fluid is o.k. could be a problem with the trim pump.

Agree with DepSol - sounds like the rams have gone. If left too long water will also get into the pump and you don't want to know how much if it is Volvo!!
