Oostende voor Anker & London River

O.k.

I have made a provisional booking for up to 10 boats at Limehouse dock.
Arriving on the afternoon tide on Tuesday 1st June and staying for 2 or 3 nights.

I will need to confirm numbers and details nearer the date.

St. Kats finally got back to me today.
I told them that we had booked into Limehouse.
They said that they could accommodate us if we wanted.

Not sure...

Thanks for bumping to top.

is there a plan yet - is everyone going to Oostend first, then to St Kats, or the other way round?

We will plan to come to Oostend (my first time!), but not London.

Yes, we will arrive Oostende Thursday evening 27th,
then toddle back to Limehouse (not St Kats now) on the Monday I think.

It will be Oostend first with folks arriving as they feel fit from Thursday though to Saturday.
Sirenia will be there in time for the excellent produce market on Saturday morning.
Most likely traveling over on Thursday night.
As a group we would normally try to have some sort of social gathering on the Saturday evening.

Those going on to London will leave at a time that will get them to Queenbrough for a Monday evening BBQ on the Concrete Barge.

We are going to Limehouse not St Kats.
We have a provisional booking for Tuesday 1st June for up to 3 nights.

Anyone prepared to 'sort of' accompany a slightly nervous first-timer for the crossing to Oostend?

I don't mean hand holding as such, but someone within radioing distance in case of anything I don't know what...

Unfortunately, we are not very quick - old sails, beamy, bilge-keel, etc - but we'd try our best to keep up!

As our departure points are only 10 yards apart, we will volunteer. It will be a pleasure.
