A little while ago I'm sure someone posted a link to an online pilot book. It was clearly aimed at fairly large boats and so didn't have a huge amount of detail and was in downloadable pdf sections, covering certainly the west coast of Scotland (because I looked at that bit) but I think most of Britain if not more.

I looked at it at the time, was vaguely interested, then forgot to bookmark it and now can't find it either by searching YBW or by googling. I'm not sure its going to be terribly useful even if I do find it again, but now I can't I'm consumed by curiosity to look at some of the other areas in it. Anyone remember the link?!

Cheers
Patrick

The US provide a worldwide pilotage for download world route atlas for most of the world (some still not digitised). The problem in the pilotage books is that they are aimed at large ships, and thus do not have a great deal of marina style data. They are still a great source of data.
