..........superb weather, quiet river, good company, nice food......both legs steering again and matching props finally fitted for river speeds.........oh sod it, had to come home tonight but brill while it lasted.
Oh yes, and one of those Turk boats overtook me when I was doing just abot 4.7knots according to my GPS (so he MUST have been going too fast) but if he hadnt I wouldnt have been waved to by the nice lady on the upper deck so...............

Ah the good old days when all the Turk's Skippers, Crew and pals were collectively known as the 'Turkish Mafia' great days that more or less ended when they redeveloped his base at Kingston and pulled down the pub the Outrigger where any customer with their own teeth was a pansy.

glad the old leg is fixed - was as we talked about ?? that central nut thing held on with two bolts !!

Next time lift your legs more often and check your nuts !!!!!!
