Up set the weather Gods. Whilst I would like a little more wind for the Medway Keel Boat Regatta than last year I really don't what is being forecast for Thursday!

It was me - there, I've admitted it.

I have a couple of days leave coming up, and I wanted the Medway to myself. Those racing type boats have annoyed me one time to many this year.

If you must have a race - July 16th-August 17th would be a good time to have them (we'll be 'away').

PS: all in good humor, of course

OK it was you. in my opinion admission is 10 points of the law!

Right, now I'm going to get out my anti Yanita doll and stick pins in it. May the sailing Gods bring the pox upon you. May you find yourself up a creek without a paddle, may your depth sounder read +10 feet over actual, I hope you run out of beer/wine whilst on a passage (sorry for that one), may you suffer the diesel bug, battery failure, SWMBO headache, your anchor will not grip, and finally you fall foul of the "flag etiquette/colregs" brigade. There, you can see I'm really p***ed off!

Peter.

PS
It's all in jest, have a good w/end.
