O/SEAS PURCHASE/CHARTER

I am considering purchasing a boat in the Caribbean or somewhere equally warm in winter! and would want to charter her out when I am not using her.
I know that there are schemes for purchase and charter management from various companies but all that I can find limit your use of the boat to 4-5 weeks per year.
I am looking to live aboard for 4-5 months per year and charter for the rest, does anyone know of any company which would make this possible?

Yes there are several. email me direct and I'll let you have some names from my research.

Even with some formal management schemes there is in practice more time available for "own use". It is only people like Sunsail & Moorings who limit your use to a pre-specified total.
