NW Wales boaters Calypso night

Don't you just love it when a plan goes t!ts up? :D

Are there any breweries we could organise a piss up at? Conway has a decent beer factory and half the forum are there already.

There are 3 things to remember when planning stuff;-

Communication, Communication & , oh yes, Communication.

Anyway, them as travelled by boat seem to have had a good time.

Hmm, travel at 8kts, hey? I can guarantee 6 - all I need to do is set out 30 mins early.

Sounds a bit organised, we'll give it a miss. Now if you can come up with something more disorganised.............................100 quid per person.........cough.....cough...........Sounds like Kwackers is involved.
Come to Pwllheli instead on the 11th of June for the Regatta as discussed previously in the dark cold months! Beers on me on Sacha!

I have been informed that there will be a Calypso night on Porth Dinllaen beach on ..

Now I know this is a long way off but if you dont plan you dont do, so......

Who is interested, obviously I will post again closer to the time but lets see if there is any interest.

Tom

Im up for it

OK Back on track !

Seems the usual drunk....... disciples will be in attendance on the day, if the weather is wrong Ill be in PD with a padlock on the drinks cabinet.

Skipper Stu I have put the Pwhelli meeting in the diary and should get there all of course as everything with boating is, weather dependant.

All the best

Tom

If the weather is wrong I'll be in PD with my bolt croppers :D :D

Hmm. Unfortunately Tom repaired the door lock I broke last year so entry may be rather more difficult. Best to break the window and reach in for what you want.

If we study the potential scene of crime, the drinks cabinet is within easy reach of the window. A hammer and jemmy should be enough to obtain a snifter.

Now I thought what you can see there is just a few bottles on the bar top, surly the main stock of drinks is in a storage cabinet well hidden somewhere else.:D

The big box thingy you can see is the Pandora's box, which in folk law is the repository of all things alcoholic. I know it isn't really the resting place of the nectar, but for winding Tom up it will suffice.

The photo was taken at the Conwy 'Raid Tom's drinks cabinet' meet. The was the one where Andy (Lambada) treated us all to fish and chips and Hadyn committed an act of arson on Little Ship, which after much work and painting, Tom has now disguised the damage.
