NW Wales boaters Calypso night

Yes, we were escorted by dolphins for quite a way and while I was barbecueing porpoises

(snip)

Oi! Youse lot, yer'll 'ave "Steve the Tree Wallah" down on you like a ton of bricks for that! It's as verbotten as riding sea horses when they are ploughing.

I saw a Harbour porpoise at Puffin Island over Easter Week too, Let's hope it's a sign of good weather ahead.

Wadaya mean, I was there from 10-30 till 3pm. But no boats turned up at all, except a fishy boat and a couple of speed boats.

I got sick of drinking tea in the cafe.

Ahhh! The cafe is at the slipway. The Ty Coch pub (where every one was) is about a mile along the beach to the left. You can drive along the beach - at your own risk, but there is probably nowhere to go when the tide comes in.

Yep, I know you can drive across the beach. But there were no boats in the bay, especially that big lumox thingy of James. Something like James's boat did go past but seemed to carry on passed the bay.

Dunno where you were H, but here's a pic of where we were. Pretty much in the middle of the bay, the Ty-Coch can be seen in the background. I'd recommend Vision Express, but Specsavers are good too! :) James and Ann were about 50 yards away from us!

Well I'll be buggered, I thought I'd stay on the hill, with a perfect view across the bay, and back to the bar. A green fishy boat turned up for a bit. But nowt else, apart from a few little ribs.

Dunno how H missed us really. Liz and Ann walked the dogs up by the slipway, and our dogs aint quiet when they're running about on a beach. Any road, what's up with phoning yer nana!

Dunno, no one phoned me, I thort you'd sulked off some where else. Or run out of water, getting out of Conarvon. Tom said you'd gone some where else anyway.
