Well that`s it, Powerboat Level 2 course complete, instructor accompanied 15min trip round Largs bay in new boat immediately afterwards, FANTASTIC !! We went out ourselves to-day round Big and Little Cumbrae and berthed without incident. Pre departure had a problem with red battery light staying on. After some advice from a couple of other boat owners who suggested it was because the boat hadn`t been used for a while we set off and after a few minutes the light went out with the voltage indicator increasing from 12 to 14.Trying hard to attach photos but no luck so far. Going out again later on to-day so look out !! Gordon
