1. ENGLAND - East Coast - Depths. -
11 reductions of depth, 2 around the sea Reach No 1 area and West Oaze, 3 around the Princes Nos 6 and 7 buoys and 6 in the Mouse and Knock John Channels. All unlikely to hinder leisure craft.
2. ENGLAND - East Coast - Depths. Wreck. - Three reductions of depth, one off Canvey Island, River Thames and two off Sheppey close to the Small Craft Crossing point. Also ne wreck deleted east of the East Blyth buoy.

Local:

1. RIVER THAMES - NORTHFLEET HOPE - TILBURY LOCK GATE WORK -
on or about 14th April 2023, contractors instructed by the operators of Halls Jetty will commence dredging operations. These works are expected to be complete approximately 1 week after commencement. The general location of these works is indicated by the red-coloured rectangle on the chart extract (See the chartlet in the Local List at Notices to Mariners)
Plough dredging of the berthing box in the immediate vicinity of the jetty face will be carried out in daylight hours only by vessel EMILIA D; should a different vessel be substituted, this information will be promulgated by London VTS. EMILIA D is expected to display lights and shapes as required by the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at sea (IRPCS). Requests for vessels to proceed with caution or to pass at slow speed will be made by London VTS on VHF ch.68, in accordance with the Port of London Authority’s Port Information Guide, under ‘London VTS’, section 4. During times where this is applicable, international signals flags ROMEO YANKEE will be displayed on the
vessel where they will be visible to vessels. The display of RY flags will be in addition to any lights or shapes required under IRPCS. Further information will be broadcast as required by London VTS on VHF channel 68.
2. RIVER THAMES - SEA REACH - OIKOS JETTY NO. 1 WORKS - on or about 11th April 2023, contractors instructed by the operators of Oikos Jetty No. 1 will commence works to install a marine loading arm on the jetty. These works are expected to be complete approximately 3 weeks after commencement. The general location of these works is indicated by the red-coloured rectangle on the chart extract as above. These works are expected to be carried out between 0800hrs and 1700hrs daily and will involve use of a jack-up barge and lifting operations. Tugs, an additional barge and support vessels may be in attendence. Requests for vessels to proceed with caution or to pass at slow speed will be made by London VTS on VHF ch.68, in accordance with the Port of London Authority’s Port Information Guide, under ‘London VTS’, section 4. During times where this is applicable, international signals flags ROMEO YANKEE will be displayed on or near the works where they will be visible to vessels. Further information will be broadcast as required by London VTS on VHF channel 68.
3. HARWICH HARBOUR - The mooring facilities at Ha’penny pier will be open from Monday 3 April to Friday 27 October 2023. - Ha’penny Pier is manned by Harwich Haven Authority personnel between the hours of
0800 and 1100 and 1300 and 1800 (including weekends and bank holidays) during the period between Monday 3 April to Friday 27 October 2023. During the off season – between 28 October 2023 and 31 March 2024 – the pontoon area
is unmanned by Harwich Haven Authority personnel. Vessels are still permitted to use the berths in accordance with the areas marked on the map (below) but mooring preferences will always be given to fishing vessels. Mooring is free on the Ha’penny Pier pontoons during the off season. However, vessels can only stay in the pontoon area for 24 hours in any 7-day period (requests for longer stays will be granted at the discretion of Harwich Haven Authority). During the off-season we do not provide access to shower and toilet facilities, which are located on Ha’penny Pier. The Local Notice is quite long, includes a plan and ful details. 4. River Medway - Saltpan Reach - Isle Of Grain LNG Jetty 10 - Diving Operations -
diving operations to inspect fire pump intakes are due to take place at Isle Of Grain LNG Jetty10. Diving will commence on 11/04/2023 at approximately 10:00 and is expected to be completed within two days. Dive support vessels ‘Renate II’, ‘Avocet’ and small RHIB tender ‘Retriever’ will be present during diving operations and will maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 74 at all times.
Grain LNG Jetty 10 is located at the following approximate position: No.10 Jetty 51° 25.9405’N 00° 42.5448’E. Dive support craft will display the required signals for respective operations, all vessels are requested to pass with extreme caution, minimise their wash and monitor VHF Ch.74 at all times. 5. Dredging Operations at Burnham Yacht Harbour - Burnham Yacht Harbour Marina Ltd have now completed their Maintenance Dredging Operations in the approach to and within Burnham Yacht Harbour, Burnham on Crouch, Essex.
