I've got a brace of pheasant hanging in the store. I was going to gut and pluck them and cook in a nice red wine sauce. You think I shouldn't be doing this kind of stuff then? I do like the idea of huge cow pie. Would have to be one of those shaggy scottish ones to get the authentic horns on top.
I did spent quite a lot of time last weekend emptying and filling the dishwasher and cleaning the oven and grill
and I do have some nice new shirts for emergencies, still in wrappers.Bought them about 2 years ago. Always seems such a shame to open them when it only takes a few moments to heat up the iron.
Is there any sort of treatment available do you think?
