For those folks who keep a ' Little Black Book' of useful contacts who may help with Boat/sailing electrical problems. I recently had dealings related to a possible repair to an electric Bicycle battery. I experienced difficulty in finding a new replacement so I tried without success to get the original repaired and in doing so found The Battery Repair Shop. If you have a duff hand held VHF or practically any other battery powered device where you suspect the problem is battery related, then they may be worth a call. My bike battery was showing fully charged, gave fluctuating readings on a Meter and baffled some other (Experts) that gave me advice. The battery was sent off and stripped down and tested by the Shop for a proper diagnosis. I have no relationship or connection other than as a customer. Great service and communications and saved me a few quid in the process
