Saw her leaving Poole on Sunday. This video missed the main event of me going past trying to sort the outhaul line I had cleverly jammed on the winch by about 5 minutes. Also overtook an IMOCA and saw some gorgeous royal yacht squadron job showing off somehow holding station with a jib (HOW DO YOU DO THAT?)

Haven't looked it up but I'm fairly sure that it's legit to fly the white ensign if a warrant holding member of the Royal Yacht Squadron is on board regardless of the nationality of the vessel

It's nonsense of course but harmless nonsense (before the usually flag etiquette debate gets going )
