Were you out on the water to take that? If so, lucky you - one of the very few decent days recently. The weather - wind and rain have been so awful (hammering down again today) - that I've given up & off home tomorrow. I sat and shivered in the wind in Cartagena on Monday eating a chilly salad and trying to convince myself that somehow this was "leisure". Have you ever known it worse?

We were on the harbour tour boat and went right out into the bay. It was very calm. Been down here for about 5 weeks and its rained or blown a gale nearly every day. Never seen anything like it. Not bothered taking our boat out at all.

Good call - I didn't think of that: The boat is still there, it is Amatasia, registered Cayman Islands. Owners not listed, Lovely boat, don't like the interior - a bit Russian?????

I think CI were recently forced to change there approach to secrecy surrounding ownership.
Previously the owners Co did not have to publish accounts with the directors names on = Iirc you could ask / find them but as said essentially anonymous anyhow so pointless from a tracking down who owns what pov .

How ever in the interests of money laundering/ terrorist activities they have moved a bit .Officialdom ie not Joe blogs or a jurno can via lettered headed paper of there office and good reason now access on CI a version of the accounts ( once held by a lawyer in secrecy) which details the owner (s) running the yacht .This may be obviously another Co but eventually those details can be traced eg if it’s a U.K. Co , or what ever .

So with time each keen un bribed officialdom will eventually will be able to peel back the ownership layers and serve what ever sanctions are the flavour of the month .

They say N Korea is nice this time of the year :)
