My lady wife has just bought an apartment in our Marina Duquesa.
Well I say to her how about you let it out to SCM customers then.

This was my idea, a customer could come for his Day Skip, ICC where he gets of course, four days accomodation ont boat. Well some customers would like to bring trouble and strife plus ickle ones, but cant cos they cant stay ont boat. So they could hire the apartment for 7 days and make a family holiday out of it.

Waddaya think?

nearly forgot by next season we should be managing a couple of boats for bare boat charter, (F43/5 and maybe V46) SO you could then charter for the final 2-3 days cor what an offer

The apartment is purely for let anyway so wether its you guys or other holiday makers she would expect that, and cater accordingley.

If I say so myself my offspring have turned out fine but between the ages of about 3 and 8 they were,on rare occasions, - poxy little kids. I saw what other people's kids are allowed to do when I used to let "friends" have my flat in Devon. Never again !!
