We take delivery of our new wheelyboat

Like this but ours is a 17 footer, up to 5 chairs at a time.

Now all we need is a very small tank and we can invade somewhere - England perhaps.

Does it come complete with the guy at the back to push it? I hope he's very tall, or he may struggle in the deeper bits of the Solent!

I have a small holding tank I'm getting rid of...
not sure how it would aid invasion though. It must pen-and-ink a bit so maybe the folks in certain seaside towns would run from it. Others wouldn't notice!

The boat will be owned by our day centre but kept at the local reservoir/water sports centre. Other groups will be able to hire it when we aren't using it. We already have a little keelboat there so we'll be able to have quite large groups for on-the-water experience.

We do that as well. Unfortunately the lake doesn't have a boarding hoist yet so we can't get wheelchair people on board the sailing boat. The great benefit of the wheelyboat is that you can board anywhere there is a ramp.

Surprising though it may seem to members of this forum, the majority of users are happy just to get out on the water and have no interest in the sailing side of things. Now we have the two boats I hope to get the ones who are interested involved in sailing and let the others use the powerboat.

Will you be painting out the name on the bows, it sort'a brings attention to the thing as something 'special'. If you see what I mean, like a sunshine coach.
