Apparently a Singapore based company has bought St Kats for £395,000,000 - can't see it getting any cheaper to berth there anytime soon!

...................and that lock is going to to need some serious money at some point, needs to be bought into the 19th century at least ?
.....and to be really controversial : ....some sort of barrier against the wash of passing craft
..and really really pushing the boat out ! some decent easy to pick up temporary bouys
At £100 quid a night and £400M to buy (probably highly leveraged from some petro dollar sovereign fund) just a mere drop in the river.
Wonder if the buyers wiil actually ever know what they have bought or where it is.

That price is the whole of the estate, remember, the marina is just a side business (and managed by a third party). That umpty-nine million cost presumably includes the huge amount of property around the marina itself.
