They have grand plans for Douglas and Port St Mary too.

I think Douglas will come off (rejig of the inner harbour pontoons and cruiseliner berth). Port st Mary not so much.

The proposals look slightly amateurish in their preparation and presentation frankly, not least because the supposed 400 berth marina appears to have no more than about 130 to 140 berths in the architects impression (which doesn't look totally unrealistic)

I wouldn;t hold your breath
