Just revising my new log book for 2003.

Have a look at what I have in mind listed below and give me your opinions.

These are just the two main log pages that I use for trips. I also have about 15 individual pages about different things at the front of the log book.

Extremely comprehensive. Everyone has their own foibles when it comes to log books but IMHO I'd like to see the following info as well
1. Actual access times at arrival port eg. between which times can you get over the cill into the marina or between which times is it safe to go over the Bar. You dont want to be doing this sort of calc in your head whilst you're at sea
2. There's too much weather info. But you are missing one of the most important things and that is info on tidal direction and when/if it changes direction as this affects sea state as much as anything
3. I would like to see more space given to waypoint info eg waypoint number, name and position
4. Perhaps there should be a separate column for visibility in the narrative
5. I would like to have a separate section for mechanical problems experienced with the boat, maybe even a section with spaces for engine oil press. and coolant temp
