Hi all,

Having moved to Swansea late last summer, and not been sailing since, I'm starting to get sea fever. I have arranged to bring my dinghy up to sail at Corus, but haven't been out at sea in a long while, and need to blow away the cobwebs.

I'm available for day sails and the odd weekend generally, although April seems to be filling up fast. Anyway, if anyone fancies the idea of an extra pair of hands at some point, please get in touch. Have day skipper, YM theory, VHF ticket, and have chartered on the East Coast, crewed various boats in various places, good sense of humour, good at making hot drinks etc ;-)

I work in SA1 so could easily come and meet up with anyone in the marina, and would quite happily keep an eye on your boat for anyone who lives away.

Regards,

Robin

Hi TimBob, We have our boat on E2 in Swansea Marina (Oceanis 411), and we live in the Midlands, ex-Welsh! She's about to be lifted out to get the hull sorted but once she's back in the water I'll put you on the list of potential crew for the summer as my wife is a very definite fair weather sailor....John.

John,

Thanks for your reply, hope the launch goes / went well. Please do give me a shout if you need a hand when the season gets underway.

Regards,

Robin

My Alacrity is on SB 33 . Its a bit smaller than your used to and I normally sail solo , Company would be nice occasionally though . I'll PM you when I go out next or am over next .

Still waiting for a space in the yard at the moment as very busy and full. Need to get work done on hull before I put running rigging and sails back on boat. Will let you know once I final get boat back in the water....John.

I'm still in the yard too, but once I get back into the water, I'd be happy to take you out. PM me with your contact details, eg e-mail and mobile number and I'll be in touch.
