Navtex or weatherman

Hi

I'm looking at the weatherman unit to see if its any better than navtex, has anyone on the panel used or own the weatherman unit, if so what are your thoughts on it.

Having had both, the Weatherman was rubbish - very little weather information from the UK.

Sold mine on eBay and got an ICS NAV6 plus Navtex - much much better - weather forecasts for every couple of hours throughout the day in the solent area.

Hi I checked for Spain and the Med generally and the Furono NX300 seemed the best unit to buy.

NAV6+ Navtex is on my shopping list. Have not used the weatherman, but the Navtex gives you much more (although there is a lot that you won't want, much of which can be filtered out).
