Heard nothing good about Navik windvanes, seem not strong enough in open sea, longdistance.

they are lightly built, however perhaps Guy is a good person to sum up the merits of the navik as i believe his recent double crossing of the atlantic was under one, and i recall when we chatted in lowestoft marina that he was pleased with the performance of it also on his aborted attempt previously.
